RETURNS + EXCHANGES
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at email@example.com to start the return process. Provide your full name, order number and U.S. shipping zip code to start your return or exchange process. We will provide instructions on how to complete return or exchange. If you need to make an exchange, please note that we only accept one exchange per product purchased. If you need to exchange more than once on a product, you will need to make a return and you will receive a refund.
If you ordered using a credit card, we will credit your account within 14 business days. The credit should appear on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
